Hi,
Does anyone know how to manually station or unstation agents from the console? I am working with a G3 V6 with ACD. I need to manually login an agent to a station that is just port on a faxserver. Thanks |

Re: Manually login or logout Agents
When you use agents for things such as IVR ports or Audix ports you normally change the default n to y in the field AAS? on the Agent Login ID form. This allows the switch to make the agent Auto Available.
