Are these the same? I am looking a buying spares and want to be sure I am covered.

I still use the R10 docs because they were the last full PDF indexed docs and contain 90% of everything I need to know. In those docs I could only find two specific "list" references in the "Application Notes for Type Approval" document::

WP-91153 L3 is defined as: SCC AC Power Unit (+5/-5/-48V) 20 Hz Ringer
WP-91153 L4-25 defined as: SCC AC Power Unit (+5/-5/-48V) 25 Hz Ringer

However, throughout the maintenance docs references are made to only WP91153.

Here's my edjumacated guess: WP91153 is definately an SCC power supply and L3 or L4-25 determines the ringer type ... and you're going to want to stick with the same type that you currently have. I'll bet all WP91153's have a list number and someone has left that off. You'e going to want to match the numbers on your spares.
