Transfer to Audix

we have admins that have bridged appearances of the person they report too.. before my upgrade they would hit Transfer #0 Transfer to send their calls to vm. We now get wave off when they hit Transfer #

when I do a disp feat #0 is set as the code for transfer to audix. no clue on what to try.. I tried removing and re-adding.

Re: Transfer to Audix

I have seen this before after an upgrade.

Do a 'cha dial ana' Make sure your see # 2 FAC
if not add it in. I would also check to see if anything else got messed up on this screen during the upgrade.

While I don't have an answer to your problem I can make this suggestion: Complain to the Project Manager who was managing the installation. Explain to him/her that they broke a feature when they upgraded your system, that you want it fixed, and that you're expecting them to fix it. This is what you paid for when you were charged "project management" fees ... not it's time to get your money's worth.

Re: Transfer to Audix

I did not quite understand the initial post. Is this about a secretary not being able to transfer his/he boss' call to the boss' voicemail?
If this is the case, I fixed it by assigning SAC button for the boss’ ext. to the secretary’s station. Every time she wants to send a call to boss’ vm, she activates SAC and transfers the call to the ext., than deactivates SAC. I couldn’t think of anything better.
If this is not on the subject, sorry.
