Outlook Integrator
I have a new s8710 and have loaded ip softphone and installed the outlook integrator. it works fine, but is there a specific way in which the avaya plugin pulls the numbers from your outlook contact list. Example is I have a contact with 5 different phone numbers.. when you click on that contact and then the avaya call icon.. it puts one of the numbers in the calling field and then a drop down box with the rest. What is the picking order for that?
