Intuity shuts down
I have been facing few problems with the intuity server that is at one of my customer site. The Intuity is a R1 Lx version. It has been shutting down for sometime. I reckon it's the hardware but from the time there are 2 internet messages on the outbox this problem has occurred. Is there anyways to delete the message from the outbox. The other problems resulting from this is that the users have to dial there extension numbers all the time to retrieve there messages when in previouse case it was just # and then the password. Can somebody help me please!!!!!!!!!
