Setting Time in Audix Voice Mail

I have an Avaya Defintinty PBX and we have Audix voicemail releasre 4.2 version 1. The time posted on all voicemails is 20 minutes too fast, how do I reset the clock in Audix?

Re: Setting Time in Audix Voice Mail

From the Intuity Main Menu:
Unix Management --> Unix Date and Time
Mind your F-keys, as they are different than the ones used for Audix CLI administration.

Also, you may want to hold off until after hours - especially if you're moving the clock backwards - to avoid possibly confusing Audix with messages that have been stamped twenty minutes into the future.

Re: Setting Time in Audix Voice Mail

I believe you also need to reboot the system to make the change go into effect. I reboot my audix every 3 months and before I do, I allways set the time.

Thanks
