disable hold, transfer key

Hi all,

Is there anyway i can disable the hold, conference, transfer keys on a 6408D+ phone.

Why? If you're disabling those features, the user may as well have a 2500 sitting on their desk. I don't believe there's any way of disabling "hard-coded" features/buttons like those.
