Calling Name Pass Through In ISDN IE
I have an S8710 running CM 2.2, and need to get the Calling Name (CNAM) on an incoming DID call over to another S8710. We're using UDP, and the call works just fine, and we see the Calling Number (CID) on the second PBX. We don't see the name though (we do see it if it terminates to an extension on the first PBX, where the ISDN DID trunks are), and we need to. What is different about the name in the IE from these telco trunks versus the QSIG ties between our PBX's? Could something not be setup correctly on the DID trunk group, or the route to the other PBX? Thanks.
