Audix Issue - All Mailboxes are Full

Our normal PBX guy is away today, and even after contacting him, he wasn't sure what is happening either. I know a little about the Audix, but very little at that. I'm familiar enough to go thru the menu options, and find things, but not sure what all the settings are for (unless they explain it using the "Choices" button).

Anyhow, a few weeks ago, our tape drive/hard drive board crashed. We had it replaced, and now we are getting messages that our mailboxes are full. We have checked all the settings we know about, tried to increase the mailbox sizes, reduce the mailbox sizes, and even reboot (several times), with no luck. If someone deletes a message, on a rare occasion, we can record another message, but even then it doesn't always work.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Info about the system that I know of: Audix, Rev. 3.2, around 100 subscribers. Thanks for any help. :)
