CMS field question

I am trying to get a better idea of what a field in a CMS report means-specifically, running vector reports, what traffic should be accounted for by "Other Calls"?

I have to dive in and fully understand all of the complex routing in place, but some of the vectors, the majority of their traffic is accounted for by "other calls". so we have been asked to clarify or at least add a more descriptive title to it

any quick help is appreciated. the CMS index didn't do much for me, I am sifting through my other manuals now.

The definition can be found on page 275 of the Avaya™ Call Management System (CMS), Database Items and Calculations manual, located here: http://support.avaya.com/elmodocs2/cms/database.pdf

Additionally, the above manual coupled with a terminal emulator, the will to explore and learn, and the CMS Custom Reports Manual was all I had when I taught myself to write custom reports.
