When I bargin to a extension ( using the service observe feature ) and then try to conference with another extension it does not work.

Mean while i checked for the same extesnions normal conference works..there are no cor, cos restrictions in place.

Do let me know what could be the reason behind this...

There's nothing wrong. That's simply the way the system was designed and how it works. You cannot Conference and Service Observe at the same time.
