Tearing down a call from an extension
Is there a way of tearing down (or anyhow spoiling) an established call from another extension? I'm developing a CTI application that works with a pre-paid system, and it should give users a warning when their credit is about to expire, then some time later terminate the call. I've been studying whisper, attendant intrusion, and priority call features, but none of them seem to provide the required functionality. End users have analog phones, and no idea about how to use any feature apart from dialing a number...
Any ideas? |
