IP hardphone

Currently our IP hardphones are not working, the set keeps coming up with wrong type configured, However I have removed and readded the stations and Still keep getting wrong type, Also our 4630 will not come up? any suggestions??

Can you reprogram the phone at the self itself.

We have had a LOT of problems with the 4630 phones. If it does not boot to the point where you can manually assign a IP number then you will need to send it back. We have sent back a few of them.

If your getting wrong set type, you probably have it programmed in the PBX wrong.

Make sure your tftp server has the latest code.

We love the 4620 phones thou :)

The display on the 4630 isnt coming up, Got the the others working, we had them routing through the IP403 and the subnet mask was different
