Unhappy CentreVu CT

I have a question related to Avaya CentreVu Computer Telphony that is used to admin the Telephony Server for integration with NICE. I have no problem using the CT Admin & CT Maint. on the actual Tserver. the problem is whern I load the App on my Win2k Machine, Even though the text file contains the correct  device/ip it does not populate the device drop menu and will not allow for connection to the Tserver.

Any ideas?:confused:
