Translation updating of CMS occurring; please try later
Hi All,
Have a strange problem here. When I try to save a vector I get the message "Translation updating of CMS occurring; please try later". I am using an 8700 with version 12 and dual processors. Any help would be great as I need to change some vectors now. I have done the following with no effect. Busied out the CMS link. Busied out the CMS data module. Busied out MIS. Disabled the Com Proc Channel for CMS. Shut down the CMS. Never seen this one before. Thanks Randy |

I'd recommend openning a ticket with Avaya. This is an unusual problem but may be one that they've seen before and have a ready fix for.

I did open a ticket. They had me reboot the standby do an interchange and reboot the other processor.
No effect. I ended up doing a system reboot. I had done IPSI upgrades a couple of nights before and some processes must have hung up in the system as the reset cleared the problem up. Thanks. |
