Question e-console (soft Console)

Have customer using Soft Console (DCP CallMaster IV), they have two directories, One is from the switch they other is their Speed Dial, The switch directory contain the extensions, the speed dial is used to send callers off-net. The problem when a caller wishes the attendant to transfer them to off-site they are getting a wave off. When the attendant is the only caller on and they click on the entry the call goes, when they are using the switch directory they can click on the entry and send the caller to that extension, any ideas?????

If anyone get to install a soft console.. good luck... Avaya is working on a patch to repair this error, but if your running 1.5.1 your operators will love it

We are having the same troubles, currently working with tier 4 on this issue, as of now, no resolution.

Patients is all you can do! Best of luck

Oh finally someone else with the issue. Working with tier 4 ran a debug file, showing the usage of the two directories..

I am going back to that customer tomorrow to gather more debug files for Avaya.

them debug files can be fun, just make sure you shut down the console then back on for the file to start capture

I did do that, and the scapidebug captured files, but the softconsole.txt did not, guess I will just have to try once again. I did shut down then reopen the softconsole.
