Definity G3 CM2.X

I have serveral G3's through out the county. In all except 1, when I do a coverage remote the call will not come back to the PBX. How do I enable this.

Example of what I want to do:

call x 1234 ring 3 times, cover to cell phone ring 3 times, cover to Audix (not cellular voice mail).

Example of what it is doing:

call x 1234 ring 3 times, cover to cell phone until cellular voice mail picks up, will not cover to audix even if the hunt group is listed as the next coverage point.

I can get the first example to work on only the one PBX, the others the second example is what happening. The coverage paths are exactly the same. There must be a global setting some where. Anyone???

1) In "display feature-parameters customer-options" (disp sys cu) the following parameter: Cvg of Calls Redirected Off-Net? must be set to "Y"

2) "change system-parameters coverage-forwarding" (cha sys cov). The paramenter "Coverage of Calls Redirected Off-Net Enabled?" must be set to "Y"

That should do it.

I had already compared 'disp sys cust' and they were the same

but the 'disp sys cov' had the coverage of call redirected of-net enabled set to N. This was the problem.
