Intuity Audix R5.1, lotus notes 6.5

Any one have any advice on getting my audix messages in my inbox of lotus notes? I have set up message manager. Its OK. But getting the messages in my inbox would be better.

Also, can these changes be made during business hours? What I am really asking is the work service effecting?

Any help would be great. Thanks everyone.

Unfortunately, that's the way Intuity works. The Intuity will not "push" the messages out to your email inbox. Your email client must collect the messages from the Intuity. Now, if you want to upgrade to Modular Messaging for Lotus Notes, that's a horse of a different color.
