Definity G3 to Cisco
We are curretnly testing a cisco VoIP setup and we are trying to get the two systems to play nice. So far we are able to make calls from the cisco system to phones on the avaya system. Some of the users that are testing the cisco system need to have their extension forwarded from the avaya to the cisco. we have removed the programming for the avaya extension and i have added a ARS for the extension and have a route-=pattern to foward to the cisco. When we try to call the extension you get a tone as if the extension does not exists. Any help is appreciated.

Re: Definity G3 to Cisco
We were able to do this with a T1 trunk, the only thing we weren't able to pass was call condition when covering from the Cisco to a station on the Avaya. Particularially useful when the voicemail system is off of the Avaya system.
