Hi,
We are running a definity S8700 and an IBM WVR(IVR) connected to it via CTI and an E1 connection using CAS. I am trying to pass converse digits to the IVR using the converse step in the VECTOR, but all I am getting on the IVR is the # DTMF tone, nothing else. the IVR stations are configured as DS1FD stations to enable ACD routing to the IVR ports. Any idea why the DTMF digits are not being passed to the IVR ports, if I simulate the IVR Port on an analog stations, I can actually hear the converse digits being passed, but to the IVR port this does not work. any ideas? |

Re: Converse Digits
Problem solved, for anyone that experiences this problem, try this.
With DS1FD the digits are sent out of band, and not in-band. What I had to do is to change them to "slt" stations. I am not sure if this is the optimum config on the Definity, but it works. Thanks |
