DCS problem?
G3 CM2.X. I have noticed at one of my sights a small problem. We have both IP trunks and point to point T1's to the same place. (I am going to cancel the T1's once I am sure IP is 100% working). Anyway, here is the problem, If I 4 digit dial to another sight via IP, I see name and 4 digit extension. Then once the call connects the extension changes to the 10 digit number. If I use the T1, I see the name and 4 digit extension, then when the call connects the 4 digit extension is gone.
Any ideas. |

Re: DCS problem?
I figured it out.
cha sys feat on page 8, display connected name/number for ISDN DCS calls?=y. I changed it to NO and now everything is OK... I guess I was messing with that when I set up my IP trunks and never changed it back. Sometimes I'm my own worst enemy. |
