Is there a way to retain broadcast message lists on Intuity Audix- Hospitality

yes just set the list up and save it from the user who has broadcast permission

That works for the Admin. portion, but on the hospitality side when a guest checks out, the mailbox is cleared and removed from the broadcast list. Wondered if anyone had been able to fool Audix.

Thats what I thought. Hospitality wipes clear when a guest checks out.
