Softphone Call History not logging with 4610

The Call History, both incoming and outgoing, is not stored when using IP Softphone in combination with a 4610SW IP Phone. During the call the entry can be seen in the Call History but will disappear when the call ends.
It does however work in combination with a 4602SW.

Version used are (old situation): CM 2.1, 4610SW version 2.1 and IP Softphone 5.1

Problem persist with latest software releases in new situation: CM 2.1, 4610SW version 2.2, IP Softphone 5.2

And yes, ‘log incoming and outgoing calls’ under ‘Program Options... / Call History’ are set.

Does anyone have any ideas??? As I said before the same configuration log calls when using a 4602 phone.

This is going to sound stupid, but it might be worth a try: alias the 4610 as a 4620 and see if it begins logging.

Can’t alias a 4610 to 4620 in CM2.1 because it is a support device.
Instead I created a new extension with a 4620 phone type and connected a 4610 to it, the IP Softphone didn’t log any calls.

Problem exits also on a new CM2.2 system, incoming calls are not logged when using a 4610, visible during the call but disappears at the end of the call. However same extension, pc and SoftPhone work fine when using a 4602! What is wrong with the 4610 and SoftPhone?
Both are the latest (2005) releases.
