Hi All,

my customer have Definity si rel 6 system.
the modem configuration for remote access is configured for internal modem.
when the line is coonected to the system\, the line is always busy, and i think the interface on the system is bad.
i want to know if someone has this problem in the past, and also where is the internal modem card ?

The modem is probably bad. It is located on the Processor circuit pack and that pack would need to be replaced.

if you have maintenance privileges, you can do a "test processor long clear" and that will sometimes free up the modem, but that's a temporary fix.. the processor needs to be replaced as Al mentioned.
