4620 IP sets locking up

(S8500) I'm experiencing problems with 4620 sets locking up in our call center. The agent is logged in and is in the midst of answering a 2nd call, transferring or waiting for a call. And when they try to answer, the call appearance locks up the phone, the call timer keeps ticking but the caller is sent to voicemail. Then the set needs a reboot to clear the call. I'm up to date with the latest firmware. Any suggestions?
