Question Intuity Audix - Email Notifications

With the Intuity Audix system, the subscriber is listed with an email field.

How can i set up so an email is generated, when a new voicemail message is left?

I have confirmed that I can receive emails from the audix per the security log email.

You need to contact Avaya and have Internet Messaging activated. $$$

Depends on the release. Most releases for the past 3-4 years have had this feature turned on by default. All you had to do was provision it.

It is simply setup as a POP3 account, the instructions are attached (Didn't see the attach option before). I would have just copied and pasted them but they have screen shots in them.

As I mentioned in my email to you, we recieved the same instructions from Avaya once we paid to have Internet Messaging turned on. We would have preferred that the Audix messages automatically forwarded to an email address, instead you have to configure an e-mail client to go and get the Audix message and it is converted so it can be played back with the Avaya Voice Player

I am terribly upset as we just migrated and it doesn't look like this feature is going to work for me the way I want it to
