Outcalling with Cingular
Intuity Audix 5.1.
My audix was outcalling fine when to AT&T wireless. Now that they have changed to Cingular, it seems that it is not working. Attached are my instructions for paging. The problem seems to be that the cingular voice mail is looking for the Intuity to hang up. I tested it manually and it works, with myself hanging up the phone. But when the Intuity outcalls, the cingular voicemail looks for the Intuity to hang up, if it doesn't get it, it takes that as an error and doesn't send the page. My question: Is there a way in outcalling for the intuity to release the call? Dial 9 1 9732160962 *** XXX XXX XXXX (your AT&T blackberry phone number) ***** 5 ** 2 ** XXXX (your message, I usually use my extension) *# 11111111# |
