Qsig RTU for Messaging CM2.1.1

Hi

I am working on a third party messaging integration with Avaya Communication Manager & am missing the required Qsig RTU which I believe are turned on by default as in CM2.0 offering of Avaya 8700. Would appreciate if anyone here may confirm on the potential miss of RTU.
Basic Call Setup? y
Basic Supplementary Services? n
Centralized Attendant? n
Interworking with DCS? n
Supplementary Services with Rerouting? n
Transfer into QSIG Voice Mail? n
Value-Added (VALU)? n

CM2.1.1 S8700

Regards

Ajay

This kind of crap just pisses me off.

The above items are controlled by your license file. The DS or SS who created your license file in RFA had the option of turning on every single feature you cite above by simply checking a box ... that's right, one simple mouse click for each feature and you'd be in business. There is NO VALID REASON for them not to have turned on every single FREE feature that you are entitled to other than they're now probably going to want an "administrative charge" to generate a new license file and "technician fees" to load it. This is tantamount to extortion in my opinion.

Call up whoever installed your PBX and raise hell.

I took a look at 3 of my G3's all CM2.X. They are all set the exact same way. with all no's. But I am using Intuity Audix so I guess it doesn't matter.
