VAL MAnager

I have G3R 10 Definity. My problem is that when trying to delete and reload new announcements thru VAL Manager that even though they are not protected I cannot get rid of the .wav file on the announcement board.I am using a TN2501A announcement board vintage HW01.Any thought on why most times I cannot delete the old .wav file would be appreciated.
Thanx
Joe

Re: VAL MAnager

are you also removing them from the directory of the actual board? Often a customer seems to forget that removing an announcement means also wiping it out from the board's directory.. in this case, though, the entire board eventually fills up. And it sounds like you're already using VAM to do these things..

the only way my scenario would apply would be if you're removing announcements without VAM.
