Q sig trunk receiving blank calls
Hi,
We have our Definity switch tie trunk to a Siemen switch. Everytime when users call the hotline which program in the Siemen switch, it will excess one of the port towards the Definity switch and reach to our Conversant IVR and then to the agents.Several times, The agents always receiving blank calls showing something the port number to the vdn programmed in the definity switch(ie 7602 to vdn name or port 2 of 32 to vdn name). I assume that the '7602' and the ' port 2of 32' are generated from the Siemen switch towards to our definity switch. Are there any settings on the definity switch and the siemen switch to be done so that there are no blank calls received? Quite a headache ![]() |
