Denial Events Help

Does anyone know of a document that has a complete list of all the denial events that occur in the Definity/CM2+? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Here is a link to the Avaya doc that is purported to have a complete list of ALL the "denial events" in a Definity/CM 2+. This was a major pain to find.

Now, if it only explained WHAT their technical jargon means exactly, we would be getting somewhere...... Oh well.
