Calling out with ID

I have a problem regarding caller ID.

we have a client, who we sometimes call out for to their customers.

I want to let agents have a possibility to call out with the customers telephone number.
the agents sits on different clients and call out to them also, but I just wanna do enable the call ID just to one of the clients, is it possible to this with i.e to dial a code before the number, to show the ID.
I also just want to let them use a specific trunk grooup for this. is that something that's possible..

simple way would be to have them login to thier phone, new extension can show a different callerID as well as a new partition for routing.

or change isdn public and fake the ANI for all the clients.
