IP Soft R5 and Citrix

Does anyone around here use IP softphone or Agent, R5, via Citrix? If so, is there anything that must be done differently in Citrix vs Windows desktops. the docs are sketchy, but imply I must configure Softphone's users (all of them) within a log file.. any suggestions greatly appreciated.

i dont see why telecommuter wouldnt work, however passing audio through citrix? thats interesting :)

it amazes me Avaya won't support this setup.. but the field techs state it will work in telecommuter mode. VOIP will not.
