Resetting multiple Audix Passwords
Does anybody know how to reset multiple subscriber Audix passwords at one time? Sometimes we need to reset 30 or more Audix passwords due to department changes or visitors.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Joaquin

One way is to use ASA's "import" tool to enter a list of subscriber extensions and passwords. I use this all the time for installs/upgrades. For example I rebuilt a Definity Audix this week after the hard disk died and used this method to set all of the passwords at once. (The customer had a specific default password they wanted set for all mailboxes.) You can cut/paste entries into the import screen from a spreadsheet.
