How to check time table
I would like to change a timetable on Cetervu on CMS,
because I need to set up dates for all bank holiday for the year. bank holiday's time range is 9:00am-17:00pm, otherwize 8:00am-17:30pm. Please tell me how to set the above configuration. Regards |

you ought to simply use holiday vectoring.. but if you want to use timetables, you must use Terminal Emulator.. and you must duplicate your vectors, inserting Holiday messages.. start the holiday setup with one timetable, pointing all VDNs to the holiday vector..
Then create a 2nd timetable "undoing" the VDNs.. pointing the VDNs BACK to the normal vector setup.. Name one timetable, "Holiday.. " the other "Holiday Undo" or something that makes sense.. then you can re-use these timetables every year. before you set up anything, make the holiday vector, point a test VDN to it.. dial the VDN.. and ensure everything sounds fine, including your new holiday announcement.. make it generic, so you can apply it to Xmas, President's Day, etc, etc. An easier way, though, is to use holiday vectoring. |
