CM2.1 and Medpros

Just upgraded prologix to 12i.02 and installed clan and medpro. I'm in the process of setting up ip trunks and running into an issue. Sig chan comes up fine, IP trunks don't on Prologix side. Test sig-chan says no Medpro in service. lis conf all show port unassigned status on medpro. I've configured ip-interface and node-name for medpro and can ping. Seem to be missing something to get those ports in service. any help would be great.

Re: CM2.1 and Medpros

I just did the same thing on Friday. I have configured my IP trunk without an issue. Can you paste your setup here and we can compare?

Re: CM2.1 and Medpros

can you ping both the clan and medpro. From PBX A to PBX B and from PBX B to PBX A.

I ended up blanking the "far-end network region" field on the sig channel form and calls began processing normally. Not sure the significance of that field, thought I did, need to study on it I reckon.
