Transfer Calls using a FAC
I'm wondering if there is a way to transfer a call while you are talking to someone, instead of hitting the transfer button on your phone. Is there a feature access code that I could use?
Also, does anyone have any thoughts on the question below? Thanks We have two analog lines setup for use by the IVRS: 8121 and 8122. They are both inbound and outbound lines and we are attempting to use a hook flash over the same channel to connect to our helpdesk. We are trying blind transfers for now, but it would be nice if we could handle supervised/intelligent transfers. Do you know if our switch is capable of this? |
