Transfer Calls using a FAC

I'm wondering if there is a way to transfer a call while you are talking to someone, instead of hitting the transfer button on your phone. Is there a feature access code that I could use?

Also, does anyone have any thoughts on the question below?

We have two analog lines setup for use by the IVRS: 8121 and 8122. They are both inbound and outbound lines and we are attempting to use a hook flash over the same channel to connect to our helpdesk. We are trying blind transfers for now, but it would be nice if we could handle supervised/intelligent transfers. Do you know if our switch is capable of this?

I dont know how you would transfer a call without pressing transfer.

the flash hook should be able to talk to the end user prior to completing the transfer.

You should be able to use the flash to complete a transfer.

Try flash, extension, flash and hang up. That may work.
