Audix Network Connection
I read in the Audix manual that its possible to install a Network board on the system. Has anyone connected their Audix system to the network? It would be for remote administration through ASA.

Re: Audix Network Connection
I haven't done it myself, but I know that is the standard way to connect to Audix systems. Depending on the system, you can also intergrate to the pbx suing the LAN card, although this connection is less reliable than the x.25 dciu or mode code connection.

Re: Audix Network Connection
We had a Map/5 here that was on the network for adminstration. It was very picky about the network card from what I recall... We got a Intel Pro100/B card to work. The commands will be right in the main menu ("TCP/IP administration") IF you have one of the later versions of the system. I have an older system (version 3.x?) running in Florida that doesn't have the option, but the one we used to have here (version 4.x?) had it.
