multiple trunks group management

I have trhee diferent groups of stations tha must have diferent trunk group access. In this case I have 4 trunks groups, 1,2,3,and 4. The stations group 1 can use trk grp. 1 and 4 only, the second trk grp. 2 and 4 only and third can use 3 and 4 only. I don't know if I can program my G3 c12 Definity to work in this way.
Any help???

You will use the partition-route-table. Assign different COR's to your different groups of extensions. If you look at the PRT (display partition-route-table), the PGN field correlates with the Time Of Day Chart field in the COR. In the ARS table, for the number dialed, route to the PRT number instead of a route-pattern. Now, in the PRT assign different route-patterns per PGN. You can assign different trunk groups in each route-pattern based on preferred for that extension.

ARS -> PRT -> PGN (COR based) -> Route Pattern -> Trunk Group

Hi,

Just a reminder, in COR, depending how it was configured in system-parameters customer-options, it can be Partiotioned Group Number, or Time of Day Chart .
