Hello All. I have a definity G2V12 and I have the following problem. When someone is calling me on my DID number and it is a missed call, then I see the calling number in the call log of the phone

If now, someones calls the operator and the operator transfers the call to my extension, then in the call log list I see the operator's extension (0) and not the original calling number.

This happens on both 4620 IP phones and on 8510T ISDN phones. Any suggestions?
