Red face EC500 Office Caller ID issue?

I'm testing out EC500, and I've got it up and running with no major issues.

The only problem is caller ID passed to the cell phone. Right now, when a call is passed from the office extension to the cell phone, it displays the switch default(?) caller ID no matter where the call originates from.

ie: external customer (203-555-1234) calls office phone (212-555-7834). Call is passed via EC500 to cell phone, and caller ID displays 212-555-7800.

Caller ID displays same (212-555-7800) no matter if the originating call is an internal extension, or external customer. When I call from the cell phone to an internal extension, it correctly shows the bridged office extension associated with the XMoblie station...

any ideas??

I am not using EC500, but you might want to have a look in "cha idsn pub". You can modify the outgoing number there.

Thanks but...

change isdn public-unknown-numbering is set fine, and that wouldn't explain why an external customer number would show up as 201-555-7800 instead of the customer's phone #.

I just double-checked mine, and it is (correctly) showing the caller's ID, not mine. We can stare and compare:

Station Application Prefix Phone Number Trunk Configuration
1234 EC500 NPANXX9999 ars 1

Configuration Set Description: Default
Calling Number Style: network
CDR for Origination: phone-number
CDR for Calls to EC500 Destination? y
Fast Connect on Origination? n
Post Connect Dialing Options: dtmf
Cellular Voice Mail Detection: none

you have ISDN lines and not T1 lines, right? (Of course you do!)

I figured it out....

Your post got me thinking about it, and I didn't add the cell phone # in ars analysis screen.
All set now.

I'm experiencing the same problem, but didn't understand what you added to ARS ANA. I have my cell phone in ARS, but I still only see my number showing up on my cell phone, not the callers.

And what form is this information:
