Both the primary and secondary sync sources need to be in the same cabinet and carrier, if you use a secondary as well. And it's recommended that you have it in cabinet 1.
Also, if you do a list measurements ds1 summary UUCSS (where UUCSS is the ds1 board), you'll be able to see what kinds of errors there are on the T1 as well. |
