Patch File

We have a project for upgraded or patched pbx's
(H323 security - all pbx connected to the network).
Avaya has a patch for resolved this problem, how can i get this patch file.

R010i.01.0.032.3

You must call Avaya technical support and open a ticket.

I think load upgrade will solve my inquiry, so i need to upgrade existing load to load 50
how can i get this????????????? please advice :)

For an upgrade, you should have a PCN I think.

Please contact the Avaya Support who will provide you the soft if a PCN exists for your issue.
