CALL Master 6 and IP agent issues

Hi all

Its been quite a some time now since i am facing issues with call master 6 terminals we are using it with Avaya IP Agent 4.0 Build 4.0.1.18 / IPA R4.0 / JUN-5-2003 and all the terminals are on S8700 loaded with call manager 2.1

Issues are like , if there are two calls running on two call appearences one call drops automatically while switching to and fro. This happens some times.
the second most known issues is, Agent state mismatch. suppose a call is still there on the terminal but the IP agent shows the agent in ACW.

More over when i do a status station command it never shows me the serial number of the connected phone.

I have never heard of this particular problem. The best place to start is to call Avaya Services (800-242-2121 in US) and see if this is a known problem with a patch/fix.

If you have a legitimate, licensed, Avaya PBX then there has to be an authorized Avaya support organization to assist you. Contact your local sales representative for additional information.

Hi all,

System runing
G3csi
Software R11

We have a client wich seems to have identical problems, as gaurav31 described, also with callmaster VI, using Avaya IP Agent 3.0 Build3.0.05.92. Does anyone ever experienced this, could it be the version of IP agent??? The client is running under windows XP SP1, i know there is already a release 5 for Avaya IP Agent, although they say it´s not a bugfix for previous versions.

Help would be very much appreciated,

Thanks
