Soft Console hangup
Does anyone has experience with a Soft Console and the way it is configured, ed: platform (XP, NT, 2000 etc), network settings (static IP, DHCP, L3-router) etc????
We use two Soft Consoles both with Plantronics DSP-100 Headset. On both machines the program frees frequently and a hard reset is required to get it going again. We reïnstalled the software with and without the latest service pack, changed PC hardware, network settings but are unable to find the cause. PABX is a G700/S8300B with CM2.1 Help! Anyone?? |
