EC500 calls
I have Ec500 enabled on 3 of my G3 Definity's, I also have account codes on my long distance from Alltel. I have tie lines connecting the switches together to help with call routing.
The problem I am having is when you call an Ec500 enabled extension to cell phone with a long distance number, the call can not be routed from the Definity because you can not pass the accout code up to Alltel. Any help? |

Re: EC500 calls
do a list trace station xxxx (any station). Call the cell phone from that station.
do a list trace station xxxx (on the station with EC500). Have another station call the one you are tracing. Do you setup the same digits to Alltel in both instances? |

Re: EC500 calls
When EC500 is activated on the extension xxxx. The off station mapping dial number will not accept a non digit ...,!#~ that wil insert a pause to let the account codes to pass up to Alltel.
