Question on phone features

Do any of the Avaya IP hardphones, wireless IP phones or Softphone support 802.11e, 802.11i or currently have a Real time QOS monitor agent? Also, I am interested in knowing the following information on the 3606, 3616 and 3626 wireless phones:

Number of line keys
Display (is it backlit dot matrix?)
Programmable soft keys
Fixed feature keys
Message Waiting Indication if any
Is XML supported?

I read through the data sheets but couldn't find this information.
Any link to public documentation which has this data would be appreciated.
