Hi all,

I have a problem wich iīve tried all possibilities and i canīt get the ip station to work, because the system keeps telling me that the station is already registered,... i even see an agent-login over that extension, and i canīt release them ( login+extension ). I also did an reset sys 1 with no success. Help would be very apreciated Thankx in advance Bruno Santos OniTelecom S.A. |

Re: Unregister an IP Station
Hi,
What type VoIP phones are you using? We use 46xx phones and if we want to set an registered extension on different (but same type phone) we also get the message: already registered... Now continue by pressing #, the phone will finally ask to unregistered the extension and force it to the new phone. This works fine with us. |
