Cross Talk on Internal Call

I had a user call and say that while they were on an internal call, their call was interupted by another conversation. The other party could not hear them, however. The call eventually turned to static and each participant had to hang up.

I've heard of this happening before, but I thought it was a fluke.

Has anyone heard of this happening and know what could be happening?

Please provide us the version of your system?

I've got three or four times this trouble and the way to fixe the trouble was a patch.

Let me know.

Me also facing similar kinds of issues on G3R R11. See if you can sujjest me some thing.

what command i can you to verify the load, is it " disp system customer "

Yes in the last page you should have the load but you can do a newterm command too.

About the different firmware, what are they for clan, medpro, ip phones (if you have some)?

We are not using any of those except the CLan which is currently not a part of voice activity

I have a Definity G3rV11.2

We do have a CLAN board, but no MEDPRO board.

Any help would be appreciated.
