Hello all, y wanna upgrade our Definity G3RV6 to a V9 at least, i wanna know the boards that i need, and upgrade our telephones for IPphones

You must contact an Authorized Avaya Business Partner or your Avaya Account Executive and arrange for a quote. You can only upgrade your system to the current release (Communication Manager 2 ... i.e. R12). It is not possible to legitamately upgrade your system to R9 at this point.

Please note that this forum only supports "authorized" Avaya activities and alternatives to Avaya equipment (i.e. another product that works well and in conjunction with Avaya PBXs but at a fraction of the cost). Threads posted that attempt to circumvent Avaya's licensing requirements (no matter whether we agree with them or not) will be immediately and permanently deleted.
